Jewel Above the Sea

High above the sea lies Èze, a medieval village offering stunning views over the Côte d’Azur. The narrow streets, lined with stone houses covered in bougainvillea and many charming little boutiques, wind their way up to the Exotic Garden. From there, a panoramic view unfolds over the entire Côte d’Azur, from Cap Ferrat to the Estérel, bathed in brilliant light. This picturesque French village also features perfumeries such as Fragonard.

My Personal Experience

I have been coming here for years and never tire of the view. The walk uphill is beautiful, and I enjoy browsing in the cute little shops along the way. The Exotic Garden at the top feels like the cherry on the cake with its breathtaking views, beautiful cactuses, and the stunning sculptures scattered throughout the gardens. At the very top, there is also a remnant of a ruin.
